Welcome to CentWise! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CentWise platform (“Platform”), which allows you to purchase airtime and earn cashback rewards.
By using CentWise, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To use the CentWise platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Own a valid Safaricom Kenya mobile number.
- Agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2. Airtime Purchases and Cashback
- CentWise exclusively sells Safaricom Kenya airtime.
- All airtime purchases above KES 10 are eligible for a 10% cashback reward.
- Cashback is calculated based on the total transaction amount (exclusive of taxes, fees, or surcharges, if any).
- Cashback will be credited to your CentWise wallet within 24 hours of a successful purchase.
3. Cashback Withdrawal
- Users can only withdraw cashback balances once the amount exceeds KES 50.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed and paid out to the registered Safaricom M-Pesa number linked to the user’s CentWise account.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 2 working days of submission.
4. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all transactions and activity associated with your account.
5. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
CentWise reserves the right to freeze or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Multiple account manipulation.
- Use of unauthorized scripts or bots.
- Submitting false or misleading information.
6. Modification of Terms
CentWise reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
CentWise will not be held liable for:
- Losses due to telecom network failures or delays.
- Errors or omissions caused by third-party service providers.
- Unauthorized access or use of your account.
